If you would like to reserve items for your event, we require a $100 minimum order for delivery (Before delivery fee is applied), a card on file, a 30% non-refundable down payment of the total order and a 10% non-refundable damage waiver that is calculated without delivery and before down payment.
We do not hold items until down payment is received and rental agreement is signed/returned.
Our tent season is weather dependent from Apr-Nov.

Memorable Party Rentals LLC‘s prices are based on convenient drop off locations. Please let us know if there are any obstacles (i.e. stairs, elevators, hills, more than 60ft from parking etc.), additional fees may apply. If our crew encounters any obstacles without prior notification we reserve the right to amend the contract (on the spot).
Prices can change without notice.
Charges are per event.
Prices are based on simple installation and are contingent on site inspection.
Tent and dance floor setup is included within the price of the rental.
Deliveries/pick ups are Monday-Friday (We do not deliver/pick up on weekends unless previously discussed/arranged. Some items may be an exception to this).
We do not deliver/pick up same day unless previously discussed/arranged.
If the customer requires same day delivery and/or pick up, there will be an additional fee depending on time desired and if there is availability.
Personal pick ups/drop offs are by appointment only (Some rental items are for delivery only).
