How Booking Works

Delivery fees are based on direct drive-up access with no obstacles. If there are any potential challenges—such as stairs, elevators, hills, narrow pathways (under 3 feet), or setup locations more than 50 feet from parking—please let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply.

If site conditions differ from what was provided in advance, additional labor, equipment, or return trips may be required and will be billed accordingly. Providing accurate site details ahead of time helps ensure a smooth setup and avoids unexpected delays or additional charges.

Utility Marking (Miss Dig 811)

We coordinate utility locating through Miss Dig (811) prior to tent installation to ensure safe and proper staking.

Please note that Miss Dig only marks public utility lines. Private lines—such as irrigation systems, electrical to sheds, gas lines to pools, and septic systems—are not marked and must be identified by the property owner in advance.

    •    Pricing: Subject to change and charged per event

    •    Installation: Delivery fees include standard setup based on site conditions

    •    Tents & Dance Floors: Setup and breakdown are included in the rental price

Delivery & Pickup Schedule

    •    Deliveries and pickups are typically scheduled Monday–Friday

    •    Weekend service is available by prior arrangement (some items may vary)

    •    Same-day delivery or pickup must be arranged in advance and may include additional fees

Extended rental period included—delivery is scheduled ahead of your event and pickup occurs after, so you’re never rushed.
