Delivery, Setup & What to Expect
We’ve built our process to make your setup smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
Our team arrives with professional-grade equipment designed to safely and efficiently handle tents, tables, chairs, and dance floors.
Most standard setups are quick and straightforward. For spaces with limited access, elevation changes, or longer distances from parking, accurate details provided ahead of time allow us to plan accordingly and ensure everything is handled properly.
A relatively level setup area helps ensure the best final result for tents and dance floors.
Providing accurate details about your space allows us to deliver the best possible experience with no delays or surprises.
Surface & Setup Requirements
Tents can be installed on grass, gravel, asphalt, or concrete depending on the tent type and setup conditions.
For grass installations, tents are typically secured using stakes. On hard surfaces such as concrete or asphalt, tents are secured using weighted ballast systems.
Grass is ideal for many tent installations, but we regularly accommodate a variety of surface types when proper anchoring methods can be used.
All setup areas must be reasonably level, firm, and accessible. Soft, muddy, or overly saturated ground may not be suitable for safe installation.
We take care to install equipment only in suitable conditions to ensure both safety and a clean, professional setup.

Planning & Layout Support
Not sure what size tent or layout works best for your space? We’ll help plan a setup that fits your guest count, layout, and overall flow.
We also offer on-site layout consultations to measure your space and plan everything with you. This service is credited toward your rental total when you move forward with your booking.
We work closely with other trusted vendors as well. If there’s something you need that we don’t offer, we can point you in the right direction and help create a more coordinated event experience.
Professional Equipment & Efficient Setup
We use professional-grade equipment designed to safely and efficiently transport and set up tents, tables, chairs, and dance floors.
Our team is equipped with the right tools and systems to handle setup properly while helping protect your property.
This allows us to complete setups efficiently without cutting corners, so your event is ready when it needs to be.
Safe & Professional Installation
For tent installations, we coordinate utility locating through Miss Dig (811) to support safe staking when required.
We take every precaution to protect both your property and our equipment during setup.
Scheduling & Rental Timing
We schedule delivery ahead of your event and pickup afterward — giving you an extended rental period so everything is set up and taken down without the stress of tight timing.
Most deliveries and pickups take place during the week, with additional options available when needed.
